I politly texted her about my situation looking for a refund so that i could pay somebody else to fix it.
I didnt however realise that meant a lot more orange! She should have made sure i totally understood what i was getting myself into. To my understanding it was going to be the same color as the 2nd picture (strawberry blond) just maybe a few shades darker similar to the one on the left (rose gold).
I showed her pictures and she showed me some as well. She blames me because we had a detailed conversation beforehand. I scrubbed and scrubbed and even tried to strip some of the color out.no luck tho. Customizing your hair extensions by color and cut is a valuable skill that not many stylists have.
